The Aussie indie vets put out fresh full-length 'Hole In Your Pocket' in early October

Following the premiere of their glorious new singleWeatherman, yesterday, celebrated Aussie alt-rockers The Panics have announced a four-date national tour this October to accompany the release of their eagerly awaited fifth album, Hole In Your Pocket.

With the record set to be released via Dew Process/Universal Music Australia on Friday 7 October, the band will commence their commemorative sojourn a week later, on Friday 14 October, at Sydney's Oxford Art Factory. Subsequently, they hit the major stops of Melbourne (Howler, 15 October), Brisbane (The Triffid, Thursday 20 October) and Perth (Amplifier, Saturday 22 October).

Hole In Your Pocket — recorded at The Panics' studio in Melbourne — will be the first release for the ARIA-winning band since their lauded 2011 full-length, Rain On The Humming Wire, which peaked at #7 on the ARIA charts soon after its release. Pre-orders are available now.

Tickets for The Panics' upcoming tour are on sale through various outlets; supports are yet to be announced.
