Ocean AlleyMTV's newly revamped Total Request Live is only a few weeks away from its premiere and they've revealed the first guests today.
Triple J Hottest 100 toppers Ocean Alley and Unearthed Artist Of The Year Kwame are set to be the first performers on the show when it kicks off on Friday 8 March.
TRL's hosts were revealed as thee HIT Network radio hosts Ash London and Angus O’Loughlin a few weeks back. They'll be joined by MTV presenter Flex Mami and MTV.com.au editor Lisa Hamilton.
"I grew up on a solid diet of MTV, memorising Britney moves and dreaming that one day I’d be part of that world," says London.
"Music is my number one passion and as soon as I heard that TRL was coming to Australia I knew I wanted to be part of it. Hosting it with Angus is a bonus... We once got married in Vegas so I feel like hosting a show together on MTV is the natural next step."
The show will air on MTV on Foxtel, Foxtel Now and Fetch every Friday night from 6pm.
