They're THAT good.
Aussie metalcore outfit The Amity Affliction are gunning for three straight #1 albums this week with their fifth LP, This Could Be Heartbreak, which is primed to take out top spot on the ARIA Albums Chart.
The Gympie-founded act's new record will likely debut in the top three, setting them up for another win on the back on 2014's Let The Ocean Take Me and 2012's Chasing Ghosts which both peaked at #1.
The news comes just a day after The Amity Affliction announced they'll be embarking on a regional tour this coming January in support of the album.
It seems the only threat to stop the band from reaching #1 is the Suicide Squad soundtrack which took out top honours last week and also debuted on top in the US, Canada and New Zealand.

Rounding out the album debuts this week includes Drake-signed artist PartyNextDoor's PartyNextDoor 3, Sydney band Thy Art Is Murder's The Acacia Strain and Fit For An Autopsy's The Depression Sessions.
On the Singles Chart, it's highly unlikely the top three, The Chainsmokers' Closer featuring Halsey, Major Lazer's Cold Water featuring Justin Bieber and MØ and DJ Snake's Let Me Love You, will be challenged as the only debut set to crack the top ten is Aussie-born-US-based songwriter Betty Who, with I Love You Always Forever.
Expect to also hear new tracks from Tove Lo with Cool Girl, Martin Garrix's In The Name Of Love and DNCE's Toothbrush.
