Teeth & Tongue are releasing a sneak peak into their forthcoming album due in September.
Teeth & Tongue are ready to release a new album in September and the first single is a Split-Enz-inspired unapologetic pop song, which the band will launch at a special Melbourne show.
The new release, Dianne, is essentially a song about the woes of being a teenager: you're too old to not notice it happening, but too young to do anything about it. The accompanying film clip is all about bed-jumping, hair-brush-singing recklessness.
Teeth & Tongue, the music project of Jess Cornelius, has evolved into a five-piece outfit and fuses together a cocktail of dance, post-punk, garage, disco and pop.
The Dianne single launch will take place on 1 July at Northcote Social Club, and will also introduce a new band member, while special guests include Sui Zhen and Karli White.
