With the US TV networks back from their holiday season hiatus, the late night shows are once again snapping up big name musical acts to appear on their broadcasts.

Our own Tame Impala will once again be featuring on network music show Last Call With Carson Daly on Wednesday night. The band were last featured on the influential program in November performing Elephant and Why Won't You Make Up Your Mind.

The late night ratings battle also finds Late Night With Jimmy Fallon snaring Bruce Springsteen on Tuesday night's show, which will air here Wednesday 11.30pm on Comedy Channel. And, having just finished up a successful visit here, UK trio London Grammar will perform on Fallon's show Monday evening (Tuesday night here).

Over at Late Show With David Letterman, music guests this week include Sleigh Bells (screens here on Ten Tuesday night  - technically, 1am Wednesday), The Orwells (Wednesday night here) and Roseanne Cash (Friday).
