Tame Impala & Kendrick Lamar Team Up For Reworking Of Acclaimed Song

Two of the hottest artists in modern music, Tame Impala and Kendrick Lamar, are hooking up to put together a new rendition of the former's acclaimed track Feels Like We Only Go Backwards.

The Perth psych lords and Compton rapper have put together the track, which they're simply calling Backwards, with Lamar taking the vocal part and the band backing him up, according to Billboard.

It will be a part of the soundtrack for the new science fiction film Divergent, which also boasts new tracks from M83, Skrillex and Ellie Goulding (who contributes four tracks to the soundtrack), and will be released early next month.
