T-Pain Announces National October Tour

20 August 2014 | 12:21 pm | Staff Writer

With a limited run of five shows, you'll want to get in quick

Venerated hip-hop legend T-Pain has announced that he will be returning to Australian shores this October for a five-show run of dates as part of his 2014 I Am T-Pain tour.

The 28-year-old two-time Grammy winner will hit stages Down Under in October, heading through Bendigo, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and, encouragingly, Broome over his eleven-day stay in the country.

T-Pain last month released only the second single from his forthcoming LP Stoicville: The Phoenix, his fifth full-length in a career spanning just over a decade, in the form of Drankin’ Patna. The new cut follows up last year’s first taste of the album, Up Down (Do This All Day), featuring B.o.B, and should serve as an excellent point from which to get on board the excitement train as October’s tour – and Stoicville’s eventual release – rolls ever closer. Check out the clip below:

Tickets for T-Pain’s Australian I Am T-Pain tour are available now from various vendors – check the Gig Guide or The Music App for a full wrap of dates, venues and ticketing details.
