Swedish Prog-Rockers Dungen Announce First Headline Shows Since 2006

They're also playing Meredith

More Dungen Dungen Profile

Ahead of their slot at this year's Meredith Festival, Swedish prog-rockers Dungen have detailed their plans to play a coupling of east coast headline shows while they're in town.

With seven albums under their belt, the quartet will be bringing last year's Allas Sak (meaning "everyone's thing" in Swedish) to Australia this December, an album that Dungen mastermind Gustav Ejstes says is about everyday matter like "family, friends and the fine texture of life".

Dungen will be playing two shows on the east coast — first in Sydney on 7 December, followed by Melbourne on 8 December. They'll wrap up their Australian sojourn with Meredith on December 9-11.
