Suicide Silence Announce Soundwave Appearance

Another confirmation before the big announcement later this week.

More Suicide Silence Suicide Silence

Another band has been leaked from the Soundwave line up before the anticipated announcement this Thursday, with Californian deathcore dudes Suicide Silence confirming they'll be here with a post on their Facebook page this afternoon.

This will be the band's first trip to Australia after the passing of their former lead singer Mitch Lucker; he has recently been replaced by All Shall Perish vocalist Hernan "Eddie" Hermida.

The announcement comes after New Jersey pop punk band I Call Fives were announced through Twitter last night and last weekend's reveal of both The Devil You Know and Zebrahead.

Promoter AJ Maddah has posted on twitter this afternoon that there are to be more than 20 bands on the second announcement for the festival, which we can expect some time late on Thursday.

The first announcement is here.
