CommonJust months after the R&B festival Soulfest was officially cancelled, event promoter John Denison is making his return with new company iLive to bring out hip hop legends Common and special guest Talib Kweli for an Australian tour.
Last here for the 2014 Soulfest, Common, a four-time Grammy winner, will head Down Under this May for a first-ever headline Australian tour to perform in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney.
The rapper also added another impressive achievement to his resume with a Golden Globe and Academy Award for Best Original Song in last year's hit film, Glory.
Tickets for all stops of the tour go on sale from Thursday 31 March, with options for VIP meet & greet packages.
