Sonny Fodera is coming home. Today, the Australian-born, London-based DJ has announced an epic homecoming, plotting three East Coast shows for this October.

The shows will take place at Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Thursday, 16 October, Melbourne’s The Timberyard on Friday, 17 October, and Sydney’s Roundhouse on Saturday, 19 October. A quick tour, Fodera comes home after a landmark year that’s seen him start a five-month residency at Pacha Ibiza, launch his own festival at Silverworks Island, and earn a BRIT Award Song of the Year nomination for his world-dominating single, Somedays.

Sonny Fodera was born and raised in Adelaide and now lives in London. Somedays, featuring special guests Jazzy and D.O.D., was released through Fodera’s own label, Solotoko, last August. In February, Fodera dropped the single Tell Me, featuring Clementine Douglas.

His third collaboration with Douglas, Tell Me follows their tracks Angel and 2023’s Asking. The pair have racked up over 300 million streams between them, with the BRIT-nominated Somedays clocking over 110 million streams. In Australia, it’s certified Gold. It’s also been certified Gold in the UK and Double Platinum in Ireland.

Fodera made The Music’s list of Australian DJs making waves across the globe earlier this year, with music journalist Cyclone Wehner noting that his success has largely bypassed the Australian media. However, he became impossible to miss by 2022 after selling out two nights at Brixton Academy with his mate, Dom Dolla, as special guest.
