Slow Magic Announces ‘How To Run Away’ LP

The wondrous Slow Magic has just slipped us the details for his album 'How To Run Away', out Sept 12 through Create/Control | Downtown Records.

Ah, the wondrous mystery that is SLOW MAGIC has just slipped us the album details for his second release. Titled ‘How To Run Away’, I feel like even the title couldn’t encompass any more of SLOW MAGIC’s finesse and spirit as it does.

Garnering childlike imagery and a stage presence that encompasses the spiritual solidarity of such a symbol, he has been an interesting figure to follow.

After the release of his track ‘Girls’ earlier in the year, your favourite imaginary friend SLOW MAGIC began the ascent to his next release. And now, on the 12th of September, ‘How To Run Away’ will be out and into the world through Create/Control & Downtown Records.

What we can hope to see on the album will basically be offsets of elements of ‘Girls’. Haunting vocals being elevated by organic, yet crisp synths and then thrown into this soft, delicate mix of almost supernatural sounds to create a scrapbook of highly momentous collages.

Mark this one down in your calendar, if any of SLOW MAGIC’s older music is anything to go by, his forthcoming offering will definitely be something to listen out for.
