Slash has confirmed 16 tracks ready to go for the new album, just one week after hitting the studio.
In a Twitter update (which you can read below), the axeman revealed that he has completed 16 new songs plus an instrumental track.
Slash also confirmed jamming with ZZ Top and Billy Gibbons recently. Whether or not this has anything to do with the new album remains to be seen.
The album is expected to release in early 2014.
