US indie singer Sky Ferreira says she is “definitely coming” to Australia this March, but isn't sure if she'll be here in July for Splendour, as previously hinted this past week.

Speaking with The Music's Daniel Cribb yesterday, the muso/model/actress said: “I have no idea where I'm actually playing, but I'm coming in March. I thought it was July. Maybe I am coming back in July, but I'm definitely coming in March.”

Ferreira had told triple j's The Doctor earlier this week that she was “definitely coming in July for a festival”, which sent the Splendour rumour mill into overdrive.

The Los Angeles native is currently promoting her latest album Night Time, My Time, which is out in Australia this Friday 31 January through EMI.
