If you like your festivals of the rock and/or heavier persuasions, 2022 is the year for you, with Silverback Touring today announcing Australia's brand new rock festival: UNCAGED.
Promising to showcase a "diversely curated line up of hard rock, punk, metal and more", UNCAGED's inaugural event next year will be an All Aussie and Kiwi affair, visiting some of Australia's favourite festival spaces in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne starting in late January.
Speaking today about the festival's announcement, Head of Silverback Touring Danny Bazzi said "the time was right to introduce a new summer festival, one which will appeal to a wide cross section of rock fans".
Renowned for promoting tours in Australia, New Zealand and Asia in the rock realms, Silverback Touring have previously played host to Skid Row, Stryper, Atreyu and many local acts in and around Australia.
