Shawn Wayans Cancels Australian Stand-up Tour

Just a little over a month until it kicks off, Shawn Wayans’ Australian stand-up tour has been cancelled.

The US actor and comedian, widely known for his roles in White Chicks and Scary Movie, was set to bring his solo show to Australia for a run of headline dates and comedy festival appearances, but has had to cancel “due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts”.

Promoters Frontier Comedy said they will “endeavour to reschedule when suitable new tour dates can be found”.

Ticketholders are being refunded.
