The prolific internet sensation finally makes his way to our shores.
He's a great singer, a wonderful guitarist and a hugely prolific songwriter (eight albums in four years, people), so why has Ron Pope never been to Australia before? Well we can't answer that question, but we can confirm that he is making his way over here for the very first time in his musical career.
In 2005 Pope became known the world over with his huge breakthrough song A Drop In The Ocean, it was a YouTube smash hit and has around 20 million views on said site to date. His soulful voice has carried the strong messages inherent in his music with such power that it's no surprise so many people the world over are connecting with his music so strongly.
Pope tours the east coast of Australia with local talent Cam Nacson, an artist that he has helped mentor and become good friends with over the years. Nacson has a few EPs to his name now and is making a name for himself with his very catchy tunes.
