Rodriguez Adds Extra Dates To Satisfy Demand

And announces Russell Morris as a WA support

More Rodriguez Rodriguez

It seems Australia just can’t get enough of Detroit soul/blues legend Rodriguez, with the Searching For Sugar Man icon adding second shows in Adelaide and Brisbane to satisfy demand.

The 73-year-old singer will now kick off his Australian tour a day earlier at Brisbane’s Lyric Theatre on Nov 11 and stay an extra night at Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre, performing Nov 30, with tour support Archie Roach joining him on both shows.

Accompanying the announcement, WA fans get the pleasure of Russell Morris kicking off proceedings at Kings Park, in lieu of Roach.

Tickets for the new shows go on sale Monday, Jul 25, and you can find more info in theGuide.
