Respected Melbourne Broadcaster Loses Cancer Battle

Respected Melbourne community radio presenter and guitarist with bands Your Wedding Night and The Bites, Genevieve Blackmore passed away yesterday after a battle with cancer.

A personality of the Melbourne music scene, she was a co-host of Triple R's Livewire program.

Earlier this year the music community held a fundraiser to help with medical costs, with Dan Kelly, Dan Luscombe, Alan Brough, Glenn Richards, Teeth & Tongue and more donating their time and money.
