Aussie indie electro group RÜFÜS will not be going by that name when they hit the US later this year, with the band eventually deciding they would change their name to RÜFÜS DU SOL for the US market.

The band is signed to Columbia Records in the US and Canada, and that label will release their chart topping debut album Atlas in those markets real soon.
The band will be in the United States for SxSW and a series of other American dates from early-March onwards. Another Australian tour will be forthcoming before long.
