One each for Sydney and Melbourne this August!
Celebrated R&B/soul crooner Maxwell will return to Australian shores for two special shows on the heels of his newly released studio full-length, blackSUMMERS'night, it has been announced.
Having first won us over in the flesh with an effusively received maiden jaunt Down Under back in 2014, the Ascension (Don't Ever Wonder) scribe and hit-maker — who's actually been plugging away professionally since the mid-1990s — will once again grace local stages when he takes on Sydney's Enmore Theatre on Monday 22 August, with a follow-up showing slated in at the Palais Theatre, Melbourne, on 24 August.
Tickets for both shows will go on pre-sale via tour promoters iLive from 10am this Wednesday, 6 July, running until Sunday 10 July or the allocation is exhausted. General-release tickets will then go on sale from 11am on Monday 11 July via Ticketek (Sydney) and Ticketmaster (Melbourne).
BlackSUMMERS'night — Maxwell's first album in seven years — is available now.
