Melbourne outfit Second Hand Heart are getting ready to release their debut album and we've got a little taste of what to expect.
They've just unveiled the video for their second single Hold On. It's a beautiful, earthy song from the indie pop band, who are sure to win over many with their simple, yet poignant lyrics.
The band will officially launch the track on tour - they're playing four dates over the coming weeks.
