Melbourne outfit Robot Child - which includes political and social journalist Waleed Aly as guitarist - have pulled out all the stops for their new single Sandpit, releasing an epic, animated video to accompany the track.
The clip is three minutes and half minutes of an intense war taking place in the desert, which begins as an innocent game of toy soldiers, includes a whole lot of stuff being blown up and ends on a pretty emotional note. Take a look below:
The track is off the band's debut record, One More War and is slated for release in 2014. If you're not too familiar with the guys, they've been very active througout the Melbourne live circuit for a number of years now and performed the first Aussie theatre stage production of Pink Floyd's The Wall back in 2009.
