"My symptoms began in 2017 when I lost the ability to hold a guitar pick and had to cancel a gig," he said at the time.
"I remember being so upset because that gig was going to be my first ‘unplugged set’ with just me & my Martin guitar. Never did I imagine things would get worse. During that time I also started experiencing very painful debilitating cramps all over my body...
"Thank goodness I have many wonderful friends and a very loving supportive family, which helps me to stay strong & positive through this difficult journey...
Tributes continue to flow for Napuri today.
"Today the physical world lost one of music’s true saints," said DJ Uone in a post.
"PQM (Prince Quick Mix) was the heart and soul of electronic music. From beats 2 bass..... to melodies that feed your soul. Quick brought so much joy that will forever captivate & inspire people to love music. RIP BROTHER SEE U ON THE OTHER SIDE."
