Sydney Artist Phi11a Teams With US Rapper Trippie Redd For New Track

Sydney rapper Phi11a has marked himself as one of the country's best up and coming hip hop acts with his new collab track with US artist, Trippie Redd.

Phi11a has worked on the track, Witness, since 2018 and even had Ohio-born rapper in mind at the time. 

“It’s crazy. When I originally started working on this song, I thought of either Trippie or Young Thug for the feature (if there’d be one)," Phi11a said.


"So even from the start I feel like the song had his energy in it.”

Witness follows Phi11a’s 2019 debut single Overdose and Sad Cowboy Shit - a four-track surprise mixtape produced by US producer, Jimmy Duval (Lil Pump, Ski Mask).
