PennywiseRevered punk icons Pennywise will return Down Under for a six-date national tour for the ages, playing their seminal fourth full-length Full Circle live, in its entirety, for the first time.
The upcoming run coincides with the 20th anniversary of the album, which occupies an irreplaceable space in the hearts of the band's fans, being their first release following the heart-rending death of founding bassist Jason Mathew Thirsk and one of the most celebrated full-lengths from among their extensive oeuvre.
Making things extra-special, Pennywise will be joined by fellow US heavy-hitters The Bronx for all dates on the tour, which kicks off in Melbourne on Friday 27 October.
The bands will perform two licensed all-ages shows — one in Brisbane, the other in Sydney — before heading on to round out the sojourn with appearances in Newcastle, ADelaide and Fremantle.
Along with the emotional weight of Pennywise revisiting Full Circle at these shows, fans will be able to experience material from The Bronx's upcoming fifth studio album, V. The record is due for release on 22 September, which should give the dedicated fans out there ample time to get around the fresh tunes before the gigs.
