Peggy Gou Announces 2024 Australian Tour

Critically acclaimed DJ Peggy Gou is adored by her Australian fans, and she loves us right back, announcing her return to Australia this November.

Gou has been a consistent visitor to Australia, performing at Wildlands and Beyond The Valley as part of this year’s New Year’s celebrations, as well as recent appearances at Heaps Good, Lost Paradise, and Falls Festival. For the first time in two years, Gou returns to Australia for a headline tour rather than festival dates.

Performing along the East Coast of Australia this November, the South Korean, Berlin-based DJ and producer begins her national tour at Marquee @ Brisbane Showgrounds on Friday, 15 November, before heading to Sydney’s Munro Warehouse on Saturday, 16 November, and wrapping up at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Sunday, 17 November.

Gou is best known for her unique brand of house music, with her track (It Goes Like) Nanana going viral on TikTok earlier this year, garnering her a cult following. Meanwhile, OG fans remember the DJ’s 2017 Boiler Room set.

While Gou had an album released on Spotify as part of her DJ Kicks compilation mixing for other artists, earlier this year, she released her debut album, I Hear You, which was released via iconic record label XL Recordings and Remote Control in Australia.

Announcing the album in April, Gou commented, “I Hear You is more than just my debut album. It embodies countless hours of dedication in my journey to create something timeless, and is a testament to the power of listening, to ourselves and to each other.”
