Peaches Announces Groovin The Moo Sideshow Dates

The esteemed Canadian electronic musician will perform four headline shows in late April and early May

More Peaches Peaches

Iconic Canadian electronic-music luminary Peaches has announced a run of four headline sideshows around Australia while she's in the country for the Groovin The Moo touring festival later this year.

With her first album in five years, Rub, freshly behind her, Peaches — aka Merrill Beth Nisker — will bring her ever-eclectic, expectation-shattering live show to audiences in Perth (The Bakery, 29 April), Melbourne (The Hi-Fi, 1 May), Brisbane (The Hi-Fi, 6 May) and Sydney (The Hi-Fi, 8 May). As-yet unannounced special guests will round out the evenings' proceedings, for which tickets are now available via Oztix and the venues.

The wider Groovin The Moo tour goes down between 25 April and 10 May, stopping off in Oakbank, Bunbury, Bendigo (where it is sold out), Canberra, Maitland and Townsville. Once she wraps up with all her antipodean commitments, she'll be turning her attention towards the June release of 160-page hardcover What Else Is In The Teaches Of Peaches, featuring five years' worth of candid photos from photographer Holger Talinski. You can find out more about that release here.

For more information about Groovin The Moo, see our Festivals hub; otherwise, hit theGuide or see The Music App for booking and other details for Peaches' solo sideshows.
