In part one of his track-by-track, Dempsey explains The True Sea, the first track on the album, Be Somebody, the anti-romantic ballad, Blindspot, a song about declaring your love to someone's mind and Hey History (Don't Go Changin'), a song that treats history like your down-and-out friend.
