The band, made up of founding members of seminal indie rock outfit Cap'n Jazz, (brothers Tim and Mike Kinsella along with Sam Zurick and Victor Villarreal) originally formed back in 2001. They dissolved the following year after releasing their self-titled debut LP, with Mike Kinsella leaving to focus on solo project Owen.
