Opeth Announce Australian Dates For March

If you were allowed only one tired, overused, clichéd adjective to describe the work of metal titans Opeth, both on record and the live stage, you would no doubt choose to call them epic. The band have, over the space of 23 years, amassed a diverse canon of material that extends from death metal – the wheelhouse in which they originated – to folk to prog to classical to stoner rock and beyond.

They've released ten studio records, 2011's much lauded Heritage their most recent, and they are making their way to Australia for the second time since that album's release to show us why they are one of the most incredible live metal bands on the planet.
