The two bands head out on the road in April

Melbourne alt rockers Ocean Bones alongside The Treehouse Children are kicking off their 'Auspicious Autumn' tour this April, proudly presented by The Music.

Completing the line-up with the addition of Matt Thompson on bass and Alex Bornos on drums, the guys started 2016 with the premiere of their video We Don't Need Each Other, the first track off their coming album Regressor.

Regressor, now available on 7" and for free download through their triple j Unearthed and SoundCloud pages, takes on a different sound to what the band previously produced, sounding now like a unique combination of The Getaway Plan mixed with Foals.

Staying true to where they're based, the band will play three shows in Melbourne starting 8 April and two in Launceston (including an intimate acoustic show). They'll then be stopping in at Hobart, Newcastle and Sydney from 16 April until 23 April.
