Three announcements in one
Not only will you be hearing Northeast Party House's freshly dropped single, For You, on triple j come next week, you'll also be able to catch the sextet on tour with a new album in tow.
The guys will be dropping their sophomore record, Dare, on 9 September three dates into a national tour. Needless to say, you'll be hearing a lot of new tunes from Dare, as well as crowd favourites like The Haunted and Sick Boy.
Northeast Party House's guitarist Mitch Ansell says of their first single, "For You recalls a time two people shared together. Although this time has passed, there is hope that this will be experienced again. We wanted the music to feel reminiscent and compliment the story of this modern relationship yet still create something that will translate to a live audience."
The band's tour will start at Darwin Festival on 6 August before traipsing around to Victoria, Tassie, ACT, NSW, Qld, WA, SA and Victoria once more on 8 October.
