OasisNoel Gallagher's camp has hosed down Oasis reunions rumours this week, after the UK tabloids worked themselves into a frenzy over the weekend.
The Daily Mail had reported “secret plans” for the brothers Noel and Liam to reform for the 20th anniversary of their debut album Definitely Maybe, with promoters circling with offers for two shows.
A representative for Noel told Britain's NME downplayed the story however, saying, “It's not true.”
Reunion rumours have dogged the brothers since the seminal Brit-pop band's split in 2009, and it's likely they will continue to do so.
Liam, who formed Beady Eye in the wake, hinted at a reunion earlier this year, but Noel, who has formed a solo band, has continually rubbished any claims.
