Night At The Barracks Returns With Ben Folds, Aloe Blacc, Sneaky Sound System & More

Night At The Barracks returns to Manly for its fifth year, unveiling a line-up of local and international stars.

Night At The Barracks returns to Manly’s North Head Sanctuary for its fifth edition, taking over the beachside location in September and October.

The live music program begins on Friday, 11 September, and continues rolling across four incredible weekends, concluding on Saturday, 3 October.

Kicking off the announcement are two acclaimed international artists: Aloe Blacc and Ben Folds. The former will perform during the series’ opening weekend on Saturday, 12 September, marking his first Sydney show in seven years. Meanwhile, the latter brings back his in-demand Ben Folds & A Piano tour to Sydney on Saturday, 26 September.

In addition to the international stars, Night At The Barracks will be home to several Australian icons, such as ARIA Award-winning bands The Temper Trap, Boy & Bear, The Cruel Sea with Magic Dirt, and Jet. The Cruel Sea will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of their album, Three Legged Dog.

On Sunday, 13 September, The Screaming Jets’ Dave Gleeson will pay homage to Australian music icons when he premieres his new show, Long Way To The Top. Sneaky Sound System are locked in for the second weekend, performing on Saturday, 19 September, alongside The Potbelleez. Dance music continues on Friday, 25 September, when PNAU bring their new album, AHHCade, to Sydney.

On Sunday, 27 September, Katie Noonan will present her critically acclaimed live show, Jeff Buckley’s Grace, following a national sold-out tour.

In addition to the headlining acts, a string of exceptional special guests has been confirmed, including names like Lastlings, Charlie Collins, WILSN, Alice Ivy, Georgia Fields, Lindsey Kraft, and more. You can check out the full program below.

Pre-sale tickets to this year’s shows will be available on Friday, 15 May, at 9 am AEST, ahead of the general sale on Wednesday, 20 May, at 9 am AEST. You can find more ticketing information on the Night At The Barracks website.
