Foregoing their usual birthday extravaganza with a Wear White on The Night dress code that has become a staple in the Sydney dance music calendar, UNDR CTRL are making lemonade out of COVID-19 lemons this year and have announced a very special, virtual celebration to mark their sixth birthday.
Thanks to a partnership with City of Sydney, on Friday 21st August (from 7-8:30pm) UNDR CTRL have announced an exclusive online broadcast to celebrate their latest trip around the sun. The special 90 minute event was filmed at their "second home", Oxford Art Factory, and will feature live performances from three of their latest agency signings, Abby Bella May, Lazywax and The Nights. Going one step further to make sure they are partying with purpose, they've also announced all proceeds from the event will be donated to Support Act's COVID Appeal; the charity on the front line of the Australian music industry, delivering crisis relief services to artists, crew and music workers as a result of ill health, injury and mental health problems.
