Mysterious The 1975 Posters Spotted In Sydney

WHAT IS IT?

More The 1975 The 1975

The 1975's campaign to both excite and confuse the hell out of their fans continues with new mysterious posters being spotted in Sydney this week.

The same signs were spotted in the UK last month, one with the caption 'MUSIC FOR CARS' which is speculated to be the name of the band's forthcoming third album.

The second poster spotted reads 'A BRIEF ENQUIRY INTO ONLINE RELATIONSHIPS'; frontman Matthew Healy tweeted that exact sentence earlier this week.

The 1975 are known for their peculiar behaviour leading up to the release of new music. In the build up to their 2016 LP, I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful yet So Unaware of It, the Manchester-formed group deleted all posts and photos from their social media handles.

A countdown on the official The 1975 website also suggests that we could be hearing new music on 1 June; keep an eye on theMusic.com.au for more details as they come.
