Some familiar faces will hit Narooma this October.

Another round of acts have just been announced for October's Great Southern Blues Festival, with a few old favourites announcing their intention to make their return to the Narooma festival, adding to what is really shaping up to be an excellent bill of varied blues talent.

The latest announcement features Popa Chubby who hits Australia with his fellow American friend Sari Schorr for the very first time this October, Sydney guitarist Christina Crofts, who has been a well-loved fixture on the blues guitar scene for many a year now and the bright and incredible talent of Minnie Marks.

Another stage has also been announced today with Ferny's Juke Joint set to be a place where people can take a seat and enjoy some more stripped back performances through the festival's duration.

The Holmes Brothers, Third Degree, Watermelon Slim & Fiona Boyes, The Backsliders, The Detonators, Chris Cain, Ash Grunwald, Renee Geyer, Popa Chubby, Christina Crofts, Minnie Marks and Russell Morris.

The festival happens in Narooma from Friday 4 October through to Sunday 6.
