Ed SheeranEd Sheeran has confirmed Aussie favourite Missy Higgins as the special guest for his upcoming stadium tour of the country.
The multiple ARIA Award-winning songwriter will open for Sheeran at shows next month in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

"I’m profoundly grateful for the opportunity to share a stage with Ed and play to so many people but it’s already giving me butterflies," Higgins said.
"I don’t know whether I’m excited or terrified - probably a bit of both!"
Sheeran has long been a fan of Higgins' music, stating at a gig at the iconic Sydney Opera House last year that his dream of playing there was sparked after watching a TV concert of Higgins performing at the venue.
Meanwhile to coincide with the supporting slot announce, Higgins has also confirmed her new album and her first LP of original songs in six years, Solastalgia, is due out in early May.
