Paul Dempsey ProfileSomething For Kate frontman and national treasure Paul Dempsey has today announced a second Melbourne solo show for December.
Dempsey sold out his previously announced show at the Melbourne Recital Centre in less than 24 hours and now it's been shared that he'll be playing a second hometown show at the Corner Hotel in Richmond in early December.
2018 has already been a big one for Dempsey, with tours across Australia and Europe, but has made time to work on new Something For Kate material.
"The Something For Kate album - we've started," he told theMusic back in February. "There's a couple of almost finished songs and a whole lot of not nearly finished songs, but there's a lot of pieces sitting around.
"I mean, I thought the second half of [2017] was going to be set aside and then the year just goes. Things come up and it's like, 'Okay, well, it's almost Christmas.' It'll just come together as it comes together."
