Legendary promoter Michael Gudinski AM will be honoured with a State Memorial tonight.
The memorial will take place at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena and will be shared via livestreaming tonight from 7pm with the official ceremony starting from 7.07pm.
"... I think we'll be able to come together in an iconic venue and we'll be able to celebrate his life and the mark that he made and the legacy that he leaves,” said Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews when announcing the memorial earlier this month.

"I don't know many people that love Melbourne and Victoria more than Michael did. And Melbourne and Victoria loved him as well and we miss him. We miss him terribly.
"It's a very sad day, but it won't be a sad occasion. It'll be an occasion where we can come forward and celebrate all that he did."
