Miami Horror Lead Dance-Heavy Concert At Melbourne's Live At The Gardens Series

The electronic group will be joined by fellow Aussies Sneaky Sound System, Bag Raiders and more.

Melbourne’s Live At The Gardens live music series has added another concert to its stacked November itinerary, and this time, it’s a dance-heavy showing.

Led by electronic music duo Miami Horror, the line-up is filled out by fellow Australian dance groups (and solo artists) Sneaky Sound System and Bag Raiders—each performing full live sets—alongside DJs AROHA and Joey Lightbulb.

The fun will take place on Saturday, 29 November, at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne, with another day of thrilling live music added to the November Live At The Gardens series. Already announced for November are RocKwiz Live, The Living End, Franz Ferdinand, and the tribute concert, Songs From The Canyon.

Bag Raiders have enjoyed the spotlight for years, but in 2023, they received another shot at fame when Troye Sivan sampled their hit single, Shooting Stars, on his track Got Me Started. The song went on to earn a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Pop Recording and several nominations at the ARIA and APRA Awards.

Miami Horror return to Australia following the release of their first album in nine years, We Always Had Tomorrow, released earlier this year. They weren’t the only ones on the bill to make a long-awaited return, with Sneaky Sound System recently dropping the single Shiver, and Bag Raiders releasing the summer banger Hold Me.
