Introducing 'Stream The Creek'.

Much-loved Melbourne venue the Merri Creek Tavern has announced a new live stream series.

The venue, which is located in Northcote, will kick off the series with a performance from Mick Thomas' Roving Commission on Wednesday 18 November.

Shows from Cool Sounds, Leah Senior, Freya Josephine Hollick, Rob Snarski, Georgia State Line, Girlatones, Lost Ragas, Kee'ahn and Nick Barker will take place over the coming months.

“These shows really highlight the quality and range of the amazing artists that the Tavern is proud to work with," said Merri Creek Tavern co-owner Mark Garnett, "and our commitment to helping them create a great looking and sounding experience for music lovers. It’s also an opportunity for artists to connect with fans not just in Melbourne but far and wide."

"Obviously this year has had a huge impact on musicians. I personally had to cancel a tour of Europe, my first tour of America opening for King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard as well as an Australian album tour," shared Senior.

"With live streaming I am happy to have the opportunity to do something special with the Merri Creek Tavern. We have spoken together about the importance of making sure the live stream is as captivating as possible with great quality audio and footage."
