Gravity Wins Again on the road

Melbourne four-piece I, A Man have announced they'll be taking their blend of rock-edged pop melodies on tour around the nation throughout May and June – travelling up and down the east coast before jumping across to Adelaide.

Off the back of new album Gravity Wins Again, released mid-April, the tour marks the first chance for interstate audiences to hear the band's new tunes live.

After two EPs, the band finally released their first full-length album via their own label We Swimmers, to some pretty good responses. The album really plays up the desolate voice of frontman Dan Moss, whose vocals drive a lot of the hypnotic distortion. The rest of the band, Ash Hunter, Sumner Fish and Simon Rabi, have tightened up considerably in the two years since their last release, and are playing their best bittersweet pop-rock to date.

Dates below in theGuide. As part of the tour they'll play in a secret location on Saturday 17 May.
