Talented Melburnian twins Jack and Pat Pierce – the Pierce Brothers – have revealed that their eagerly awaited EP The Night Tree will be available for sale from Friday, May 30.

In honour of the release, the duo will embark on a tri-state tour from May 31 that will take in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland across 11 dates in metropolitan and regional centres alike.

The multi-instrumentalist siblings have been steadily accruing a burgeoning fan base of late, not only shifting 20,000 of their CDs all on their lonesome but embarking on both national and international tours along the way.

Their current place in the Netherlands iTunes Top 100 chart – for worldly, lyrical single It's My Fault – and status as daily playlist features of Netherlands commercial radio monolith 3FM are testament to that fact, as are past homeland shows such as their recent sell-out appearances at the Ding Dong Lounge and Cherry Bar.

As their clout in Europe continues to grow – so too the likelihood of an extended continental sojourn to meet and greet some of their international fans – it would be prescient to take the opportunity to catch up with Jack and Pat in the flesh once more before they get adopted by the world at large.

Check the Pierce Brothers' website for ticketing and venue details.

The boys have one remaining show before the official launch of their tour, supporting Bonjah at Richmond's Corner Hotel on Friday night. Tickets are available through TicketScout.
