Masked Wolf's 'Astronaut In The Ocean' The Latest Track To Join The 1,000,000,000 List

APRA AMCOS has added another track to its 'The 1,000,000,000 List' with Masked Wolf's Astronaut In The Ocean the latest to make the cut.
The list celebrates tracks written by Australian and New Zealand songwriters that hit more than one billion streams across all major streaming services globally, with artists like Tame Impala, Tones & I, Sarah Aarons, Troye Sivan, Starley, Lorde and more already honoured.
"I went out to celebrate 20 million streams because to me that was a goal and achievement, it's crazy what can happen when you never give up and truly believe in yourself, one billion streams later I'm still the same person but am so grateful for this moment," said Masked Wolf aka Harry Michael of the achievement.
"One billion streams is an incredible achievement and stepping stone for me," added producer and co-writer Tyron Hapi.
"I appreciate everyone who listens and supports. Without my team this also wouldn’t have been possible. Teamwork makes the dream work."
