Marilyn Manson has collapsed on stage during his set in Texas over the weekend on the Twins of Evil tour with Rob Zombie. 

Making it through his famous cover of the Eurthymics' Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This), when the song came to an end, Manson fell to the floor. 

He later took to Twitter to thank fans "for being understanding" and say he "ended up in doctor's care".

In their review of the show, The Houston Press, reported Manson was visibly shaking at times and claims photographers were ushered from the pit as Manson was reportedly "feeling very ill and didn't want his picture taken". Another video of the gig shows the controversial rocker saying earlier in the set he was suffering from heat poisoning. 

Manson got back up after collapsing to perform Antichrist Superstar before leaving the stage.
