A 41-year-old man has been arrested in regards to an incident that occurred at Melbourne's The Espy this past February.
As The Age reports, the man handed himself in to police on Tuesday night and was arrested. He is expected to be charged with sexual assault.
Police issued a statement on Tuesday morning, along with CCTV images of the accused offender, saying a 28-year-old woman was touched inappropriately from behind by a man, who was then removed from the premises.
The woman, Antonia (who did not want her surnamed published), says she contacted police after having previously been assaulted before.
"It brings up a lot of trauma for me, but I feel like this time I want to do everything I can to bring this person to justice and hopefully send a message to other women that if I can do it, so can someone else," she said.
