Luca Brasi Plot 'If This Is All We’re Going To Be' 10th Anniversary Australian Tour

"Our baby is hitting double digits, and we’re throwing it a big f***-off birthday," the band told fans.

Aussie rockers Luca Brasi are returning to the stage this May and June, today announcing a tenth anniversary tour of their landmark album, If This Is All We’re Going To Be.

Ten years ago, Luca Brasi released If This Is All We’re Going To Be, their third album. A turning point for the band, the album showcased stronger songwriting, packed with hits, and helped build a growing audience.

With their third record, the band made their first appearance on the ARIA Albums Chart, and the single Anything Near Conviction landed on the triple j Hottest 100. The band then appeared on the Laneway, Splendour in the Grass, and Falls Festival line-ups, and toured alongside Alexisonfire, Violent Soho, and PUP.

Celebrating ten years of the seminal record, Luca Brasi will tour across the country and release a limited gold vinyl repress.

The tour begins at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Friday, 15 May. It continues at Brisbane’s The Triffid on Saturday, 16 May, Melbourne’s 170 Russell on Friday, 22 May, Perth’s Astor Theatre on Friday, 5 June, Adelaide’s The Gov on Saturday, 6 June, and concludes with a hometown show at Launceston’s Du Cane on Saturday, 13 June.

Tickets will be available at 10 am on Tuesday, 3 March, via the band’s website.

“To celebrate, we’re heading around the country and repressing the vinyl in a limited gold edition ✨ Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10am. You can also grab a copy of the vinyl with your ticket. Thank you for loving this record as much as we do. Forever grateful.”
