TV Week have announced that ARIA-winner songstress and performer Delta Goodrem will be taking to the Logie Awards this year as the event's performer, with her brand new single Dear Life front and centre.

With 10 ARIAs and an MTV Video Music Award on her shelf, Goodrem's latest record will be released on 6 May. The title-track Dear Life will be the first time Goodrem will be performing it to the public.

"I’m just really honoured to do it at a place I call home, like the Logies … The song will only have been released one or two days before, so for a lot of people it will be their first time hearing the song. It will be a great moment. I’m really looking forward to singing it to a crowd of people who are my peers and friends from over the years," said Goodrem.

2016 will mark the 58th year of the Logies, held at Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex on 8 May.
